Do you:…
- Struggle with Living Life more fully?
- Find yourself bogged down by the pressure to be perfect?

- Long to create more satisfying connections with others, but are afraid to try?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then The Daring Way™ might be right for you.
What is the Daring Way™?
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
The Daring Way™ method is based on the research of Brené Brown, Ph.D. LMSW. Dr. Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston, where she holds the Huffington Foundation Endowed Chair. She is also a visiting professor in management at the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. She has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy. Dr. Brown is the author of six #1 New York Times bestsellers, and is the host of the original podcasts Unlocking Us and Dare to Lead.

A limited number of individual slots to complete the 12-session Daring Way™ curriculum through 1-1 sessions is available. Each session is 1 – 1.5 hours long and will allow participants to work at their own pace in completing the curriculum.
The most powerful way to experience The Daring Way™ is as part of a group, in which you proceed through the 12 modules along with several other participants. Participation in a Daring Way™ group allows one to share experiences and exercises with others who are going through a similar process.
