Fees and Payments

FEE SCHEDULE

• $225 for an initial 60-90 minute assessment session.
• $200 for ongoing 50-60 minute counseling sessions.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

I currently accept the following insurance for service:

• Aetna
• Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

Copayments, coinsurance and deductibles are expected at the time of service.

If I do not accept your insurance directly I can provide you with a bill that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement for services.  It is important to check with your insurance company to be sure that they are willing to reimburse you for “out of network” providers.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, HSA and FSA cards, and credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.
